"Leggs," as we fondly call her, is a 1997 palomino mare by our very own Spanish Applause. Her dam, Skippa Fling, also was an extremely talented individual and was rumored to have outrun the 1973 Champion Quarter Running 3 year old filly Smooth Coin. Leggs did not miss out on any talent from either side of her lineage. She was started in reining as a 2 year old and has continued to compete in the reining arena ever since. Both Leah and Justine have enjoyed the challenges and benefits of showing such a talented horse.
